A. Keith Housman, CPA, is a Partner at Housman, Bloch & Elezovic, LLP (HBE). Keith provides a range of services such as litigation support and dispute resolution, matrimonial support services, contested and uncontested, construction, acquisitions, dispositions and debt restructuring, manufacturers, retailer, law firms and real estate companies.  He enjoys working with clients, placing an emphasis on creating sound bookkeeping systems, preparation of financial statements, income tax planning & preparation, and business consultation.

Keith continues to provided federal, state and local tax filing for high net worth individuals, their families, privately held businesses and corporate clients for more the 30 years. He assists individual and corporate clients with implementing complicated financial and tax planning strategies as well as working with corporate clients to prepare financial projections and forecasts to help pursue and obtain financing for their business. He also advises his clients to structure new entities including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.

In Keith’s down time he enjoys, being with his family, golfing and traveling.

Mr. Housman is an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University.
